Speaker: Ed Monk has been researching the Active Shooter threat and providing training to counter it for over 16 years. He speaks to and trains law enforcement agencies, schools, universities, churches, businesses and conferences nationwide. Ed is a retired Army officer and firearms trainer. His formal education includes a BS in US History from West Point, an MS in Education from Kansas State University and he is a graduate of the US Army’s Command and General Staff College.
